🌸INNER BLOOM “AYURVEDIC RETREAT” – 7 days – May 31st/June 6th 2026
The retreat is organized by Ayurvedic Point School and Center of Ayurvedic Medicine Milan, together with
Albergo Palazzo Lodron Bertelli, a historic 15th-century residence and spa located in Caderzone Terme
(Trentino), in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites.
Inner Bloom is conceived as journey of renewal and prevention, a precious time dedicated to yourself to lighten
the body, quiet the mind, and allow a new quality of listening, presence, and vitality to emerge.
Through the principles of Āyurveda, the retreat invites participants to rediscover the value of a balanced
lifestyle, oriented toward prevention and the cultivation of healthy and conscious longevity.
